Grievances

Here is a list of our grievances with the Boss:

  • Claims to need a large draw because he can't help it that his expenses are so much higher than ours.
  • Bought a 2009 Dodge Challenger (adding to his aforementioned expenses)
  • Divorced his wife, but kept his 4,000 square foot, 5-bedroom house to live in alone (a very large expense)
  • Bought a second company truck that he uses 99% for personal use
  • Uses the company debit card to buy the gas for the truck that is 99% personal use
  • Pays for his smart phone, his son's smart phone and the Salesman's smart phone from the company account, but won't reimburse the Engineer or the Designer for their smart phones
  • Works about 10 hours per week
All while we have all cut our expenses dramatically. I sold my beautiful black BMW 330Ci, cancelled our cable, slashed our grocery bill, all to take a huge pay cut. But unlike us, the Boss thinks his income should expand to fill his expenses while the rest of us trim our expenses to fill our income.

But we want this company to succeed. We want this company to be our retirement and we are acting like it. The Boss is not and this is pretty much all he has. Fortunately for him we're on Plan C.
